Jejak.in respects privacy, and we know that many care about how information is used and shared. This Privacy Policy applies to the Jejak.in website www.jejak.in to all associated subdomains, online services, and mobile applications. By visiting any of the Sites, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any of the terms herein, please immediately discontinue use of the Sites.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated“ date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

What Information We Collect

As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy. Security Of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

Data Deletion Policy

  1. Purpose This document sets out our policy for responding to requests for deletion of data under Indonesia’s data protection law. This document explains the rights of the data subject in relation to data deletion and the responsibilities of Jejakin in responding with such a request.
  2. Individual Rights An individual has the right to erasure, also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’. The principle underpinning this right is to enable an individual to request the deletion or removal of personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.
  3. When does the right to erasure apply?

    Individuals have a right to have personal data erased and to prevent processing in specific circumstances:

    • Where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed;
    • When the individual withdraws consent;
    • When the individual objects to the processing and there is no other legal ground for the relevant processing activity;
    • When the personal data was unlawfully processed;
    • Where the personal data has to be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation.
  4. What information does Jejakin retain?

    Our online system “Interplace” stores data about individuals in order to create a user account. We store the name, e-mail address, and phone number (if provided) for each individual in order to create an in- app account and send email receipts/ report for the in-app activities and contributions engaged, which is stored on our secure servers. This data is stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If consent is provided, personal data may be stored in our database for the purposes of contacting you regarding Jejakin news, products and promotions.

  5. How can data be deleted?

    A user of the Jejak.in App, acting on behalf of their organization, can delete data from their Interplace system whenever they wish. This data is deleted from the system immediately and cannot be recovered by any users or Jejakin employees after this point. Data which has been deleted or otherwise destroyed can not be recovered at any time. Sufficient warning is given to the account administrator before data are permanently deleted.

    Data may still remain in the systems back-up files, which will be deleted periodically.

    Information may be deleted from our database upon request to app@jejakin.com. We undertake to perform the deletion within one month (30 calendar days) and will send you a confirmation once the information has been deleted. Wherever possible, we will aim to complete the request in advance of the deadline.
